INTRODUCTION TO OUR PROOF OF FUNDS/VERIFICATION SERVICE!

1.Proof of Funds service while not a loan, is a perfect inexpensive and fast way to add the strength of a strong partner to your current financial profile, show reserves or buy time in your transactions. Different formats may include bank letters, phone/fax verification, online account access, verification of deposit form (VOD), bank to bank, Certificates of Deposit (CD's), TELEX, Swifts and/or account statements.
2. SBLC : Stand by Letter of Credit are financial instruments that can reserve, confirm or promise funds from one institution to another or to a business. This can be used for credit enhancement or as collateral.
3. SWIFTS : are electronic notices sent from one bank to another. The MT799 Swift is a Proof of Funds, the MT760 Swift is a bank guarantee and the MT103 is a bank wire. We have capabiity to send SWIFT MT799 and MT760 on cash and SBLC's.
4. Corporate Guarantees are a way to use strong 3rd parties to stand behind your project in the case of short falls or unforseen circumstances.
5. Equity Partnerships and Joint Ventures are a way to partner up with strong investors of a like mind to set the financial foundation needed for deals to get done.

Please remember to let us know when you are brokering a deal what your fee is at the time of submission, so that we can include it in the term sheet.

New Concept in Equity Partnering & Proof of Funds Investments
Enclosed is our mini application which we use to draw up a letter of interest for your proof of funds/funds verification or escrow deposit services. We can close a deal in as little as 1-3 days. The proof of funds can be used for any legal purpose. We don't qualify the uses. For Proofs and verification of deposit (VOD) funds, we set up an account in your/client's name and provide VOD's, account statements, and optional electronic and online confirmations. This entire process is usually done in 1-3 days.
REMEMBER, these funds are just for show/proof/door opener/reserved funds. These funds are not usable as cash, just for statements and bank confirmations to fulfill any need for a showing of financial strength.

Arrangement Fees
Arrangement fees for Proof of Funds services has to be escrowed at the time the account is set up for you, but are not released to the investor until your account service is confirmed.

Chase BWI CD's can also be confirmed as cash backed with depository receipt (MT799 form) bank to bank by TELEX by asset holding institution. Your instrument is placed on DTC in your name with one year and one day timetable. You can also specify a block to a 3rd party which appears on the Chase screen of DTC as well.
